We had asked for feedback regarding
quality of service from customers;
made self-evaluations; effected
corrective measures; and improved
service quality up to customers'
satisfaction. And, in the new millennium
we had applied for registration
of "SHREE MARUTI COURIER SERVICE
PVT. LTD." trade mark.
On
22/10/1999, the 15th prestigious
year of our operations, we conveyed
thanks to all of our major clients
for their valued patronage and invited
their suggestions, if any, regarding
the quality of our service. Our
endeavor was to apply the satisfactory
service measures, if needed.
Some
clients suggested us to expand our
services to specific new destinations.
We implemented the said suggestions
by opening new branches at the required
locations.
Some
banks required changes in our service
schedule at various locations. We
rescheduled the same as per their
requirement, which increased our
business relationship as well as
business volume and also helped
us to enter into annual service
contract with nationalized banks.
Some
clients suggested to adopt more
sophisticated technology. We accepted
the suggestions and majority of
our franchisees are computerized
at present. Other remaining franchisees
will also be computerized in near
future.
Majority
of our clients found our service
satisfactory and they admired our
activity of inviting suggestions.
This type of activity boost up our
business relationship and encourage
us to provide better and better
services to clients’ satisfaction.
